Nothing is sent until they say yes
The family gives consent. Kinloop starts the check-ins. Cedar Hollow does neither.
Cedar Hollow offers Kinloop to Hae-won’s family. Her son sets it up and gives consent for the texts. Then Kinloop switches her check-ins on. Cedar Hollow can’t switch them on for anyone.
Until then, the roster says Not started yet.
One roster line on a pale ground: Hae-won Suh, not started yet. Beneath it three short steps down a drawn line: Cedar Hollow offers Kinloop to her family; her son adds her and gives consent for the texts; Kinloop starts her check-ins. Only after the last step does her roster line change to check-ins on.
